HABANERO from YELLOWBIRD FOODS.. Habanero at its finest! A fresh tasting habanero sauce that is full flavored and delicious. The habanero pepper is featured wonderfuly with the addition of carrots, distilled vinegar, tangerine and lime juice and a pinch of salt.  Not only is this sauce fantastic on all foods from breakfast to dinner, it also has such a wonderful smooth texture that I love.

JALAPEÑO from YELLOWBIRD FOODS.. The jalapeño pepper is highlighted in this amazing condiment pepper sauce.  The flavor comes across with a slight fermented flavor with the addition of carrots, vinegar, onions a lot of garlic and a splash of lime juice. This is definitely a different style Jalapeño sauce.  Amazing on tacos, nachos, pizza, scrambled eggs and was a wonderful addition to polish sausage on the grill.

GHOST PEPPER from YELLOWBIRD FOODS.. Simple ingredients is what makes this Ghost pepper sauce a favorite!  The flavor of the ghost pepper is upfront and shinning through in every drop. Tomato paste adds to the smoothness and flavor with a splash of vinegar and lime juice.  There is a very slight sweetness coming from the tangerine juice and dates.  Pour this on and enjoy its wonders flavor and upfront heat.  Great on all foods.
