LEMON GRASS MARGARITA MIX from Z'S HOT SAUCES.. Here is something new coming to the Z's line up. Its has such a different flavor then a typical Margarita mix you would think of. Although I don't have any ingredients because its so new, I get the flavor of lime juice, Lemon grass and a few spices I can't seem to name. But I must say it is very delicious and very refreshing. This would make an amazing hot summer drink (added to your favorite mixer) or use as a chicken marinade. Be sure to keep a watch for this amazing Margarita mix because you will defiantly want this on your shelf this summer.

Here is a treat for any person or chilihead that loves the great crunch and flavor of traditional Corn Nutz, but with the flavor and heat of the Ghost pepper added to its coating. OUTLAW from Z'S HOT SAUCES.. Z's and Outlaw Distillery have teamed up to bring you a very unquiet one of a kind hot sauce. This sauce was aged in fired white oak barrels, the same one that their bourbon was aged in for six mounts. The ingredients are so delicious, you will taste, Red Fresno peppers, Apple cider vinegar, white wine vinegar, a nice punch of garlic, the heat and flavor coming from Habanero peppers, salt, paprika and spices. The flavor is outstanding. You will get just a whisper of the flavor of the whiskey that was leached out of the wood of the white oak barrels. It adds an amazing one of a kind flavor. Fantastic job to both Z's and Outlaw Distillery's on this amazing sauce. This is a fantastic table sauce to use in any foods.

STRA-LAPEÑO JAM from Z'S HOT SAUCES.. What a crazy and ingenues idea. It has a nice out front flavor of strawberries, a little heat and flavoring from the Jalapeño peppers, a nice flavor of fresh honey and ends up with a smooth flavoring of cinnamon. What more can I say. This is amazing and I totally love this Jam. Use it like any jam or as a marinade for chicken, shrimp or pork on the grill.

CAROLINA REAPER BEEF JERKY from Z'S HOT SAUCES.. Z's has taken a strip of beef and mad a jerky that is fantastic. Carolina reaper, red Fresno peppers, tomato past, white wine vinegar, garlic, apple cider vinegar, Arbol pepper, cumin, Cayenne, Bragg's soy sauce, Himalayan salt, brown sugar and black pepper. You can actually taste every ingredients in this excellent jerky. I was thinking this would be overly hot, but its a perfect blend of both heat and flavor.

ORIGINAL SPICY BLOODY MARY MIX from Z'S HOT SAUCES.. I can't say I've ever had a bad Bloody Marry mix but there are definitely good ones, better and great! I would put this mix into the great category. The flavor is spot on as all the ingredients are so well mixed together to bring a wonderful spicy flavor of jalapeño, tomato, cucumber, cilantro, black garlic plus a variety of other wonderful ingredients to life to put a smile on anyones face. This make not only a wonderful tasting drink, It also makes a wonderful marinade for cooking on the grill, add to stews, soups, add to eggs or even use as a pizza sauce. Fantastic job!

CAROLINA REAPER MASH from Z'S HOT SAUCES.. This sauce has the true flavor of Carolina Reaper pepper in every drop. It's definitely made for the true chilehead that loves to get fired up. The addition of tomatoes adds a nice flavor that mixes well with the flavor of the peppers. But don't thin that the tomatoes will tone down the heat. IT IS HOT! The addition of Red Fresno and Arbol peppers adds a nice mix of pepper flavor without taking away from the Reapers taste. You will also get a nice punch of garlic and a slight taste of Cayenne and the addition of cumin rounds out the flavor wonderfully. ZESTY LEMON GHOST PEPPER HOT SAUCE from Z'S HOT SAUCES.. When you first open the bottle you get a burst of lemon zest and a hint of ghost pepper. Then when you taste it you'll be surprised at how wonderful the lemon flavor mixes with the ghost. There is also a hint of ginger, garlic, coriander and a slash of apple cider vinegar. You will also get a little sweetness without being a dessert style sauce. You would think of lemons as a pucker flavor but this is mild with all the lemon taste. Pour this on fish, shrimp or salmon tacos to being an entirely new fresh flavor to your sea food. Add more vinegar and some olive oil to make a delicious salad dressing, I'm also thinking you could make some very unique and tasty hot wings. I love how the flavor of the habanero and carrot blend together with a little honey, white vinegar, red jalapeño, Himalayan salt and cayenne. TWANG from Z'S HOT SAUCES.. Twang has the pepper flavor of the fresno and habanero added to apple cider vinegar and paprika. This sauce will seem to hit you with just a little more heat then their others sauces, But still with great flavor. The addition of the apple cider vinegar adds just a little different dimension to the taste by giving it a little fruitiness. Once again this is a great all around sauce to be used all types of foods. I'm loving this on hot wings!

BLACK LABLE from Z'S HOT SAUCES.. This is a very stout style sauce in flavor and viscosity. The cherry juice and clove with the balsamic vinegar is the basses to its flavor profile. There is also a hint of garlic, cumin and cilantro that is in the background. You will also taste the addition of the red wine vinegar that will sneak up in the end. The heat comes from the jalapeño pepper to round out this sauce. This would make a great steak sauce, as well as a great sauce to mix with you favorite bbq sauce for chicken or ribs.
